Paul Rosevear and Val Emmich

For the last 20 years Paul Rosevear’s musical aim has remained the same: to connect with others through a great song, well sung. Along the way, he’s supported artists ranging from Joan Baez to Stone Temple Pilots, licensed his songs to major networks like MTV and The CW Network, penned innumerable jingles in adland, and proudly served spaghetti and meatballs to Ric Ocasek while interning at NYC’s legendary Magic Shop recording studio. His latest solo release is entitled “Pearl,” and his latest band release is The Vice Rags' self-titled EP. Paul also teaches songwriting at Lakehouse Music Academy in Asbury Park.

Dubbed a “Renaissance Man” by the New York Post, Val Emmich is a singer-songwriter, actor and published novelist. With over a dozen albums released, the Star-Ledger has called him “one of the finest songwriters in the Garden State, [and] also one of the most prolific.” He has had recurring acting roles on Vinyl (HBO) and Ugly Betty (ABC), as well as a memorable guest role as Liz Lemon’s coffee-boy fling, Jamie, on NBC’s 30 Rock. His debut novel, The Reminders, was a B&N Discover selection and an Amazon Book of the Month. He lives in Jersey City Heights.
