“The Sensational Country Blues Wonders!” will be performing in the Parlour at the Jersey City Heights hottest new music venue - Fox & Crow. The Parlour is in the back of Fox & Crow and is a cool room with a great vibe. Amazing food and cocktails too. We play from 10 pm till midnight.

"The Sensational Country Blues Wonders!" are a unique entity in the NY/NJ music scene. They consider themselves the only guitar/vocal duo that mixes equal parts Rockabilly, Country and genuine guitar Gospel music with a spoonful of greasy Blues to wash it all down. 

Gary Van Miert and Malcolm Marsden began this musical partnership in 2012, whick took them from the open mikes in Jersey City to the clubs of Manhattan and Brooklyn and beyond. Their influences include many seminal figures in American music, such as Hank Williams, Elvis Presley, Chuck Berry, Gene Vincent, Reverend Charlie Jackson, Wilbert Harrison, Arthur “Big Boy” Crudup, Sister Rosetta Tharpe, Brother Joe May, Charlie Feathers, Carl Perkins, Smiley Lewis, Brother Claude Ely and Lloyd Price.

The "Wonders" have recently added John Warren on upright bass, making them a trio.
